Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Artyql platform and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
1. Permitted Use
The Service is intended for legitimate business purposes related to consumer goods product management, supply chain operations, regulatory compliance, and commercial analytics. All use must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws (GDPR, PDPA), food safety regulations, consumer protection laws, export control and sanctions regulations, and intellectual property laws.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to: upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service; use the Service for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or to build a competing product without our written consent; scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam); circumvent or disable any security feature of the Service; or share Account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your Account.
3. Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for: ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process all data you submit to the Service; ensuring that any personal data you input complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents; maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your Account; classifying and handling data according to its sensitivity; and reporting any suspected data breaches or security incidents promptly to security@artyql.com.
4. API Usage
If you access the Service via API, you must: respect rate limits as documented in the API documentation; not circumvent or attempt to bypass rate limits or usage quotas; use API keys securely and not share them publicly; and not use the API for purposes outside the scope of your Subscription.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to security@artyql.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning the offending user, suspending or terminating the Account, removing offending content, and reporting the conduct to law enforcement authorities where required.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of this AUP, including removing content, suspending access, or terminating Accounts. We will endeavor to provide notice before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
